Kick off your Sunday morning with slow, flowing movements designed to gently cultivate strength and work the breath to movement connection.
Classes open with simple breath work and close with savasana (reclined relaxation pose).
With this pass, save $3 per class compared to the drop-in rate. Valid for October 24, 31, November 7, 14, & 21.

I encourage you to bring your own props (yoga mat etc.) to class, though I will have sanitized props available. I recommend having a blanket or towel to sit on, as most of our backs appreciate the extra support. Yoga blocks and a strap are handy (though not entirely necessary).
