Are you ready to improve your flexibility?
Gravity Yoga® is a targeted mobility training method for stiff backs, locked up hips and tight hamstrings.
In Gravity Yoga®, we hold most poses for a few minutes at a time in a passive stretch. However, don't expect this class to be an "easy" one. That said, it is completely beginner friendly and highly adaptable to meet your current flexibility level.
In order to experience the benefits of Gravity Yoga®, this is being offered as a set of 4 classes. This pass is valid for Dec 2, 9, 16 & 23. Previous Gravity Yoga® students are eligible for special pricing ($52 for 4 classes). In this case, paying by etransfer is easiest or contact me @ 250-614-3965 for an invoice to pay by credit card.
Each class is limited to 9 students, along with a number of other policies in place.
IMPORTANT: Please review the new class policies here before attending the Fall/Winter Class sessions.
You must bring your own props (yoga mat etc.) to class. I recommend having a blanket or towel to sit on, as most of our backs appreciate the extra support. Yoga blocks and a strap are very useful for this class.
I do have a limited amount of props available for purchase at a reasonable price. These are lightly used (and sanitized) mats, straps and blankets from Fall 2019/Winter 2020 class sessions. Purchase here.
