Are you ready to improve your flexibility?
Gravity yoga® is a targeted mobility training method for stiff backs, locked up hips and tight hamstrings.
In Gravity Yoga®, we use hold most poses for a few minutes at a time in a passive stretch. However, don't expect this class to be an "easy" one. That said, it is completely beginner friendly and highly adaptable to meet your current flexibility level.
In order to experience the benefits of Gravity Yoga®, this is being offered as a set of 5 classes. This pass is valid for October 28, November 4, 11, 18, & 25
These first two class sets I'm teaching (this one, as well as the one starting Sunday, October 25) are being offered at a discounted rate. Each class is limited to 9 students.
IMPORTANT: Please review the new class policies here before attending the Fall/Winter Class sessions.
You must bring your own props (yoga mat etc.) to class. I recommend having a blanket or towel to sit on, as most of our backs appreciate the extra support. Yoga blocks and a strap are very useful for this class.
I do have a limited amount of props available for purchase at a reasonable price. These are lightly used (and sanitized) mats, blocks, straps and blankets from Fall 2019/Winter 2020 class sessions. Purchase here.
