Gravity Yoga® Saturdays @ 10:00 am-11:00 pm ~ February 4 Class Session
Want to improve your flexibility and basic range of motion? Then this is your class.
Gravity Yoga® is a science-based mobility training method for stiff low backs, locked up hips and tight hamstrings. Unlike other yoga classes, this class focuses on only one thing: flexibility and range of motion.
In order to experience the benefits of Gravity Yoga®, this is being offered as a set of 4 classes minimum.
This pass is valid for February 4, 11, 18 & 25.
IMPORTANT: Please review the current policies here before attending Class .
You are encouraged to bring your own props (yoga mat etc.) to class but I also have props available. I recommend having a blanket or thick towel to sit on, as most of our backs appreciate the extra support. Yoga blocks and a strap are recommended for this class.
