Gentle Yoga Virtual Classes - Thursdays @ 9-10 am
In this relaxing virtual class, we'll move through poses at an easy pace. Perfect for those wanting to slow down, connect with the body and improve flexibility. Classes open with simple breath work and close with savasana (reclined relaxation pose).
Classes are hosted using Zoom. If you've never joined a Zoom meeting before, you'll need to download the app. It's a small and fast download. I'll send out the Zoom link the night before each class.
You have the option to join for 4 sessions or 8 sessions. Save $19 with the 8 session pricing!

At minimum, I recommend having a non-slip yoga mat for your practice. A firm blanket/towel, yoga blocks and a strap are handy (though not entirely necessary). A belt will work if you don't have a yoga strap.
