Light & Bright Hatha Yoga - Thursday, Nov 25 @ 10-11 am
A perfect time slot for the late risers, in this class we'll explore a full range of movements for increasing flexibility, mobility, strength and balance. You'll leave this class feeling empowered and refreshed for the rest of your day. The class is formatted so that you can approach poses at an appropriate level for your body.
Each class opens with breath work to relax the body and focus the mind. It may also contain short flowing sequences (moving from one pose to another with the flow of the breath). Classes close with savasana (reclined relaxation pose).
IMPORTANT: Please review the class policies here before attending the Fall/Winter Class sessions. Double vaccination is required.
You are encouraged to bring your own props (yoga mat etc.) to class, but I will have sanitized props available. I recommend having a blanket or towel to sit on, as most of our backs appreciate the extra support. Yoga blocks and a strap are handy (though not entirely necessary).
