Light & Bright Hatha Yoga Wednesdays @ 10-11 am ~ the Winter Sessions
In this class we'll explore a full range of movements for increasing flexibility, mobility, strength and balance. You'll leave this class feeling empowered and refreshed for the rest of your day. The class is formatted so that you can approach poses at an appropriate level for your body.
Each class opens with breath work to relax the body and focus the mind. It may also contain short flowing sequences (moving from one pose to another with the flow of the breath). Classes close with savasana (reclined relaxation pose).
Commit to a 6 week or 11 week session. Until December 15, both sessions are on sale!
6 week dates: January 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, Feb 7 (Save $24 compared to the drop-in rate)
11 week dates: January 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, Feb 7, 14, 21, 28, March 6, 13 (save $55 compared to the drop-in rate)
With this pass, save $3 per class ($15 vs $18/class) compared to the drop-in rate.
You are encouraged to bring your own props (yoga mat etc.) to class, but I will have props available. I recommend having a blanket or towel to sit on, as most of our backs appreciate the extra support. Yoga blocks and a strap are handy (though not entirely necessary).
