Evening Hatha Tuesdays 7-8 pm 3 Class Pass
Unwind your body and mind from a busy day. We will explore a range of poses for increasing flexibility, strength and balance. Parts of this class may contain short flow sequences (moving from one pose to another with the flow of the breath). Classes open with simple breath work and close with savasana (reclined relaxation pose).
Come to class consistently and pay $10 per class rather than $12. This yoga package is valid for February 25th, March 3 and March 10 classes. Classes run from 7:00-8:00 pm. (Please note: After this session, I'll be switching to a different yoga schedule until fall.)

Suggested items to bring: A water bottle, non-slip yoga mat, and any props you like (a blanket, strap or blocks). Mats and other props are available at the studio on a first come first serve basis.
