Evening Hatha Wednesdays 7-8 pm 6 Class Pass
Unwind your body and mind from a busy day. We will explore a range of poses for increasing flexibility, strength and balance. Parts of this class may contain short flow sequences (moving from one pose to another with the flow of the breath). Classes open with simple breath work and close with savasana (reclined relaxation pose).
Come to class consistently and pay $10 per class rather than $12. This yoga package is valid for January 8th, 15th, 29th and February 5th, 12th, and 19th classes. Classes run from 7:00-8:00 pm. (Please note that I will be away for more training Jan 20-26 so there will be no classes on this week.)

Suggested items to bring: A water bottle, non-slip yoga mat, and any props you like (a blanket, strap or blocks). Mats and other props are available at the studio on a first come first serve basis.
