Sampler Yoga Series for Beginner's & Beyond: Tuesdays in November @ 7-8:15 PM
This series is entirely new and unique!
The Sampler Yoga Series ideal for those brand new to yoga but ALSO those wanting to try out different styles of yoga to see what suits you best. Each week, a different style will be explored. Classes will include: hatha, slow flow, Gravity Yoga®, and yin yoga. Plus we'll dive a bit deeper into the key points of foundational yoga poses, which will provide greater insight for both new and more experienced students alike.
After completing this class set, you can transition into whichever other classes on the schedule interest you.
Class dates are as follows: November 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30. Note that classes run 15 minutes longer than usual; 1 hour and 15 minutes. You are welcome to stay later to ask yoga related questions.

Suggested items to bring: Comfortable clothing (leggings/joggers), a yoga mat, towel or blanket, and blocks. I encourage you to bring your own props but I will have props available for use too.
