Sunny Sunday Hatha Yoga - March 1 @ 9:00-10:00 am
Kick off your Sunday morning with a mixture of relaxing poses and gently challenging ones. Seated, standing, reclining and balancing poses may be explored.
Classes open with simple breath work and close with savasana (reclined relaxation pose).

Suggested items to bring: A water bottle, non-slip yoga mat, and any props you like (a blanket, strap or blocks). Mats and other props are available at the studio on a first come first serve basis.
