Lunchtime Yoga - Thursday, March 5 @ 12-1 pm
In this midday class, we'll explore a full range of movements for increasing flexibility, mobility, strength and balance. You'll leave this class feeling relaxed and refreshed for the rest of your day. The class is formatted so that you can approach poses at an appropriate level for your body.
Each class opens with breath work to relax the body and focus the mind. It may also contain short flowing sequences (moving from one pose to another with the flow of the breath). Classes close with savasana (reclined relaxation pose).

Suggested items to bring: A water bottle, non-slip yoga mat, and any props you like (a blanket, strap or blocks). Mats and other props are available at the studio too.
