All classes are beginner friendly.

​Check out the class comparison chart below to help find a good fit for the benefits you are wanting from your yoga practice. 
Sometimes, the best class for you is simply whichever one that fits your schedule.

Each class will include some breathing exercises (to relax and focus the body and mind) and reclined relaxation at the end.

Gentle Hatha
Slow to mid
Relatively gentle, relaxing poses held for a longer length of time, with a bit of strength and balance poses sprinkled in
Full Body Hatha Yoga Monday
Mid
Awaken your body and senses from head to toe. We will explore a range of poses for increasing flexibility, strength and balance.
Light & Bright Hatha
Mid
Shaking off sluggishness and getting you energized!  We'll work on empowering poses to build strength and flexibility. Some elements of slow flow in here
Hatha Yoga for Experienced Beginner & Intermediate Students
Mid
Familiar with the basic yoga poses? Well, let's experiment with intermediate level poses such as dancer pose, half moon pose, bow pose, camel pose, splits pose etc. If such poses pique your curiosity but intimidate you at the same time, then this IS the class for you! We'll build up to peak poses in a structured, progressive way. Variations will always be given if you aren't yet ready for the peak pose.
Yin Yoga
Slow
Yin yoga focuses on the health of joints, fascia, tendons and ligaments. In Yin, muscular engagement is minimal. Poses are mostly floor-based and each held 3-5 minutes.  Bolsters, blankets, blocks and other props are often used as support.
