Class Attendance Policies

In compliance with the current health guidelines, the communicable disease policy will be in effect.

Bring your own yoga mat and props if possible, though I will have some props available
Do not attend class if you are experiencing flu or cold symptoms. You can make arrangements for a make-up class.
Register and pay for your classes in advance if possible. You can do this by phone (text or call 250-614-3965) or by registering through my website
Fill out a health survey, and return by email if possible. You can print, scan (or photo) and email them to [email protected]
Proof of vaccination is no longer needed

Hand sanitizer is available upon entering and exiting the studio
Regular sanitizing of floors, door handles, and other high touch surfaces
Sanitizing of props regularly (bringing your own is even better)
Yoga from the Hart is in compliance with all other provincial and regional health measures that may arise

Do NOT attend class if: you have any cold or flu symptoms; you have been in close contact with someone who has travelled out of country; or have tested positive for COVID-19. If you fall ill, follow the current recommended BC Centre for Disease Control Guidelines
