Yin Yoga Tuesdays @ 7-8 pm ~ Fall 6 class session
Yin yoga is a slow, passive practice that focuses on the health of joints, fascia, tendons and ligaments. In Yin, muscular engagement is minimal. Most poses are floor-based and each held 3-5 minutes. Bolsters, blankets, blocks and other props are often used to assist in release and relaxation.
A Yin Yoga practice can:
- reduce anxiety and stress
- improve flexibility
- improve joint mobility
- improve sleep
With this pass, save $3 per class ($15 vs $18/class) compared to the drop-in rate.
Valid for Tuesdays in November & December 2023. Dates are: November 7, 14, 21 & 28; December 5 & 12.
IMPORTANT: Please review the class policies here before attending the class.
You are encouraged to bring your own props (yoga mat, blanket, bolster etc.) to class, but I will have props available. I recommend having a blanket or towel to sit on or to cover bolsters. Yoga blocks and a strap are handy (though not entirely necessary).
