Beginner's 6 week Series - Tuesdays, Jan 7 - Feb 18 @ 7:00-8:15 pm
Perfect for those new to yoga or those who want to visit their practice with a beginner's mind. We'll explore the fundamental yoga poses in greater detail, practice simple sequences and learn how to modify poses with props. By the end of this progressive 6-week series, you'll feel more confident and comfortable participating in all-level yoga classes.
Class dates are as follows: January 7, 14, 28 and February 4, 11, 18. Classes run from 7:00-8:15 pm. You are welcome to stay later to ask yoga related questions.
PLEASE NOTE: We are skipping class on January 21st because I will be in Vancouver for yoga training.

Suggested items to bring: A water bottle and comfortable clothing (leggings/joggers). We offer mats, blocks and straps for this series, but you are welcome to bring your own too.
